Thank you for shopping with GAMINGRN! We are a proudly South African online store, and we are committed to delivering your favourite gaming merchandise reliably and transparently. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how and when your order will reach you.
1. Delivery Areas
We ship local and internationally.
2. Shipping Fees

Free Standard Shipping: On all orders of R800 or more.

Local Delivery (Within Gauteng): Flat fee of R100.

National Delivery (Outside Gauteng): Flat fee of R200.

International Delivery: Flat fee of R983.61
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. All orders outside of South Africa excludes duties, taxes and customs fees.
3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 5 to7 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
4. Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and dispatched:

Local delivery (within Gauteng) takes 1 to 3 business days.

National delivery (outside Gauteng) takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on the location.

International delivery (outside South Africa) takes 4-4 business days.
We use trusted third-party couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Delivery times are only an estimate.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number and courier details via email. You can use this to track the status of your delivery.
6. Delivery Terms (CPA Compliance)
Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), delivery must be completed within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed. By placing an order, you accept our stated processing and delivery timelines.
If we are unable to deliver your order within this time, you will be entitled to a full refund unless you agree to a later date.
7. Delivery Address Responsibility
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at the time of checkout. GAMINGRN is not liable for delivery delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
8. Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us within 3 days of delivery:
