Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at GAMINGRN. As a small, South African gaming merchandise store, we operate with a strict no returns, no exchanges, and no refunds policy—except where required by South African law.

 

1. All Sales Are Final

 

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or fit

  • Unwanted gifts

  • Orders placed by mistake

We encourage customers to check product details and sizing information carefully before completing their order.

 

2. Exceptions Required by Law (CPA)

 

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or not as described upon delivery.

  • The product fails to perform as reasonably expected for its intended purpose.

  • The product is unsafe or poses a hazard.

In such cases:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue.

  • If the issue qualifies under the CPA, we will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, at no additional cost.

 

3. How to Report a Defective Product

 

If you believe your item is defective or does not comply with the CPA, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographs of the item (if applicable)

 

4. Return Shipping (CPA Exceptions Only)

  • For valid defects, return shipping is at our expense.

  • We do not cover shipping costs for any non-defective returns, as these are not accepted.
